C-rate

What is C-rate?

The charge and discharge current of a battery is measured in C-rate. 1C refers to a charge or discharge rate equal to the capacity of the battery divided by 1 hour. Thus C for a 2400 mAh battery would be 2.4 A for 1 hour, C/3 for the same battery would be
